Their checks bounce and staff is extremely rude
I called them twice now about checks that bounce. They say it's not their fault. Then they want documentation from bank and we have to DRIVE their to submit it in order to get our money. Sara needs to get fired as she enjoys hanging up on customers... more

This place is a joke. Called in for one thing, they said they had it. Showed up and they tried to sell me some other garbage. The owner is a real jerk. Doesnt communicate well with customers and is a real self absorbed POS. Try the guy in Midland.....cheaper pricing and much better service.... more

foulness in pacific
after doing business with the public recycling center for some time, they suddenly turned the tables on the way we had done business and held a check for the amount of over 1500.00 from me standing their ground on the 30.00 rule which they had never enforced upon me before this time. they even told me to go apply for my business license and as soon as i had a ubi # they would give me my check. i ran home filed for the license and paid for it on line, and was granted a ubi #. i ran back to algona/pacific with my ubi # in hand and was refused again. they will twist and bend the rules and laws of the state of wa. to suit their needs at the moment. i will never do business with this compay again and warn others to go to a reputable scrapyard like tac.metals or calbag... more
