i recently purchased a notebook sleeve from them. i emailed them the dimension of my notebook to confirm if the sleeve will fit. a customer service replied, saying: "The TB-S0123WHT-13 should give you plenty of room for your laptop." so i bought it. after waiting for over a month, i finally received it. and it's just way too tight, i have to force my notebook in to zip it up. so i emailed the same customer service, telling her that i am unhappy with her advice. and she told me to just post it back to receive a refund for the item (they will not refund any shipping fees). sent another email to their generic email address, and got sent through to the same customer service, and got the same reply. she's a very good at misleading people, but not very good at being responsible for what she said!... more

I have had some troubled areas in my grass on the property I work at. I gave Rich's a try and they took my grass from brown and patchy, to a lavish green. Poor Customer Service Managment
Customer Service by Store Director, Jenny, very poor. Did not want to honor advertised sales price. Advised me that she has power, authority, & right to limit quantities even though item on sale did not have a limit. Contacted corporate and area manager who apologized and verified that Jenny was wrong. Ultimately was able to purchase items at another Albertsons with no problem. I am jaded by the experience but will continue to shop there because there weekly sales are unbeatable. Gave two stars only because the store is modern and clean.... more

Majesty is a beautiful store, I felt like I was shopping in a children's boutique! The selections were great and the prices were even better.
