Kid friendly schools are very common, just make sure these schools separate the children based on their capability and age, to ensure there is no conflict. There are sometimes only certain classes offered to younger children, but a child of any age can start up martial arts, just as long as they can walk, that is. :)

I think the term is used more loosely as of late to mean a deep tissue massage that focuses on areas of complaint. This is not usually a full body fluff massage.
