How often should one have his carpets professionally cleaned? Is once a year too often? Can damage be done to the carpet if professionally cleaned too often?
6 months to 1 year, depending on size of household, and pets. Damage can be done if the company hired doesn't have qualified professionals to do the job properly. Always make sure that the cleaning service hired is: licensed, bonded, and insured. Checking the BBB for complaints couldn't hurt either.

I recently was looking for someone, since I'm new the area, and durning an online search I seen her listed and decided to give her a try. I have had a lot of foot pain due to a previous injury. When I went in she was really friendy. i was really surprised when after multiple treatments, the pain in my foot started to ease up. I had been to others where I used to live but didn't see results like this and thought that it was normal. Highly recommended! She addressed the problem and spent the needed time to help me heal.... more
I was in the waiting room for an hour and a half, then left in an exam room for over two hours before seeing the doctor. He was unprofessional. rushed me, spoke badly about doctors I'd seen in the past, told me I was "screwed" if I had endometriosis for more than a couple years, and talked about removing one of my ovaries before he'd even done an exam. I went to him for help and left in tears. Four days and three phone calls later, I am still waiting for a simple birth control prescription to be called into my pharmacy. I've never seen such lack of regard for patients' time, money and health before. No compassion whatsoever. Very disappointing and I hope this review can spare another woman from what this horrible experience.... more

At other times you may feel like you're going crazy. You may find that you're 'losing it' at inappropriate times. Separation and divorce requires re-learning how to function as an individual, and redefining your relationships with friends and family, while dealing with feelings of fear, guilt and worries about the future. In our Divorce Support Group you will receive support and advice as well as gain tips and ideas, and inspiration that will help you move forward to begin healing the wounds that you have right now.
Problem gambling can strain your relationships, interfere with responsibilities at home and work, and lead to financial catastrophe. You may even do things you never thought you would, like stealing to get money to gamble or take money meant for your children. You may think you can't stop, but problem gambling and gambling addiction are treatable. If you're ready to admit you have a problem and seek help, you can overcome your gambling problem and regain control of your life. The biggest step in recovery is realizing you have a problem with gambling. It takes tremendous strength and courage to own up to this, especially if you have lost a lot of money and strained or broken relationships along the way. Don't despair, and don't try to go it alone. Many others have been in your shoes and have been able to break the habit. Overcoming a gambling addiction or problem is never easy. But recovery is possible if you stick with treatment and seek support.

We all know what anger is, and we've all felt it: whether as a fleeting annoyance or as full-fledged rage. Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life This program is designed for people who are interested in or who need to learn how to deal with their anger in a positive, functional way. Participants may include people who internalize anger as well as those who act it out verbally or behaviorally towards friends, family, work or personal relationships. Participants may or may not have legal issues relating to their anger.
