The food comes out fast and hot! The quantity will keep you full for a while...I don't think I ate dinner after eating here for lunch! Fresh salsa and hot sauce were a plus! (plus free chips). Freindly service and a full menu, not the cheapest place to eat but well worth it. I highly recommend this place to those who have never been to a Jaliscos....... more

Poor Customer Service
I placed an order for a Christmas gift for my grandson, but the wrong shirt and size was sent. I immediately tried to contact the company. They don't take phone messages, but I left one anyway. I emailed three times with specific details, but have had no response. Short of driving 200 miles to their store, I don't know how to get the problem corrected. Their customer service is unresponsive and ineffective. I would not place an order with this company again.... more
