You can learn to help control ADHD buy learning techniques such as Mindfulness meditation which helps greatly with learning better focus. Also, support groups, social skills groups and a good ADHD therapist can all assist you in gaining control.

Residential Hotels are often comparable to apartments, as they offer kitchens or kitchenettes, etc and the residents are typically living longer term. Residential hotels are typically not as nice establishments as they have minimal rental requirements, and don't require there tenants to sign leases, as all agreements are month to month.
