ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE DONE WITH YOU
My Keens started coming apart at the seams after only 14 months...I wanted them fixed. The manager[sic], Heather, told me their shoes were not priced for quality, they were priced for fit and comfort, AND she told me because I had worn the shoes (what????) she could do nothing but send them out and I would have to pay the $5.oo to have them sewn. GAVE ME AWFUL runaround---$5.00???? Is she insane? They make that off their shoe laces. I will never buy there again because of that rediculous woman who is clueless about good customer service.Once they have your money, they are done with you!... more
