About Almond

Almond is a part of the Stevens Point metro area of Wisconsin known for its close-knit village community and high-quality school district. Major attractions include the Village Market and Silver Lake Antique Mall. Each year in the summer season there is the Tator Toot, an annual fundraising event. Among the biggest companies in Almond are Abhold Septic Service and Rural Mutual Insurance. The biggest schools here are Almond-Bancroft Elementary School and Almond-Bancroft Middle School.
