Best plumbers I've found
These guys are great--very professional & they were the only ones who could come immediately when we had an emergency. (extreme cold, I guess everyone's pipes were bursting) They do great work & when an antique sink I wanted installed couldn't work, they actually had one on hand that was very similar that they had taken out of another house.... more

Would not use again.
No mention of any minimum charges. They were at my house for 18 minutes exactly, adjusted the pressure switch. Then shut off bypass valves-which did nothing. Told me to call a softner company and left. Could or would not tell me what I owed them. Got a bill for $102 for a trip and service charge. Its a 10 minute drive to my house for them. Never again.... more

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They had one really good person there, who knew what she was doing and of course she no longer works there. I had to tell THEM how to do their job. No one answers the phone or returns emails and when I finally got someone on the phone they had not bothered to to check any of the messages that I had sent!... more

Excellent service
The first time we called with a problem, they responded quickly for a repair. This month they ordered and installed a new Kohler toilet to match our pedestal sink and also installed grab bars in the shower stall. Bruce has helpful ideas as far as safety and updating. Next he will be regrouting a shower and putting on a new door. We have been very satisfied!... more
