About Cudahy

The city of Cudahy, amed after Patrick Cudahy, the owner of meat-packing plant, is located on Lake Michigan in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, in the Milwaukee-Waukesha metro area. It is sometimes referred to as the "city with no streets" because most go by "avenue." Major attractions include historic downtown Cudahy and they nearby Discovery World, which features hands-on exhibits, live theater shows and interactive activities. Every Friday from May through October, you can shop in the Cudhay Farmer's Market and in July, you can attend the Sweet Apple-Wood Festival. One of the best places to visit when you are here is 678-acre Pike Lake State Park, located within 25 miles of Cudhay and with activities such as with camping, swimming and hiking. Notable residents of Cudahy have include NFL quarterback, John Navarre and Michigan State Representative, Albert M. Bielawski.
