Do not contract Brian Lane
I myself and many other contractors that I speak to believe that Brian Lane Construction is by far the poorest quality that you can find in the surrounding area. Brian Lane is notorious for writing checks that bounce, having a poor attitude with his clients and other contractors, and having an ongoing alcohol problem that many of us in the community believe is what is hurting his business. Bad Information
I had called Joe to get a quote for installing and finishing drywall in my basement. He acted interested and we set up an appointment to get a quote. Two days later, he called 30min. before the appointment to cancel. He said he didn't really do drywall work, he only did if he had to. Long run, I'm glad we didn't ever have the chance to offer him work. Seems like a liar, and an opportunist. If you see his add in the paper: "a faith based construction company" sounds like a real crock of you know what.... more
