Sculpt & Tone

A nice balance to the cardio offerings during the week, this class focuses on the use of weights to tone and strengthen the body. Special emphasis is placed on upper body and core strengthening exercises.

Kickboxing

This group fitness-based class is a non-contact class where emphasis is placed on good form, cardio & muscular endurance and core work. All fitness levels are welcome and opportunities to raise and/or lower the intensity are given throughout the class.

Yoga/Pilates

This low-impact class challenges the body to work the core with proper alignment, good balance and solid control. We will stretch, strengthen and balance the body from head to toe in this class that blends the flexibility, balance and strength training of Yoga with the challenging core work of Pilates.

Zumba® Fitness & Zumba® Toning Classes

Party yourself into shape! This crazy fun workout blends world rhythms with the best dance moves out there to give you a workout that seems more like a party! Easy to follow, with modifications for all fitness levels given for each song. For an even higher calorie burn, try Zumba® Toning with our 1.5 lb shaker weights - keep the party atmosphere, but add resistance to crank up the calorie burn. For those that don't like the weights, Zumba® Toning can also be done without the weights.

CRUNCH TIME!

CRUNCH TIME is a 20-minute ab clinic targeting every abdominal muscle you have. It is a FREE class for all members of Strong MBS Fitness, AKF Martial Arts & Team Submit Sport. Every Tuesday at 6:30pm, we'll work them all - no abdominal muscle will be safe!
