For a very small business a 3 in one may work but for any business with 3 employees or more I would suggest multiple devices. One reason is if you have a 3 in one and someone is printing then you may have another employee sitting idle waiting to fax, etc, etc & wasted productivity is no way to run a business. Another issue is when one function of the 3 in one breaks or stops working you'll have to replace the whole unit or add more equip. Once again this outage can cause the other two functions of the device to be non functional and increase down time for all.

On brand, I always suggest HP Laser printers. Now days you can get a fax to email service which is much easier and remotely available than a fax machine. I don't have much opinion on scanners. I have a fujitsu & love it but not much experience with others.

If they bring out wooden stakes, they're former cast members of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and NOT a licensed accupuncturist. Run before you take one to the heart.
