Badger Hardwood Flooring
Nice floor but damaged appliances
What could have been a top-notch rating has sunk to two..Unfortunately we pay our bills on time and paid before we realized that BH had dented in the sides of our brand new refrigerator ($1100)and stove ($1500). The issue is, the homeowner has to move all appliances out of the way. We did so and very carefully and slowly. The BH floor person who came that morning listened to my question about how to best move the appl back after they had done the floor. He said that they/BH do the floor under the appl. and then move them back before they do the rest of the floor. I never thought to get photos of my undamaged appl. When I called,I was blown off and did not get a callback.When I called again, the daughter told me that her dad (owner) told her not to call me back and they never did anything to the appliances. Yeah, right. Take your chances, but be sure you are there when the appliances go back in and don't pay until you check your floor and anything else they may have touched.... more
