Horrible Experience!
Lisa Lauer is a total witch! She is a control freak and could have ruined my wedding day if I didn't have such an amazing bridal party that helped me laugh about it. But she created some serious stress for me at the rehearsal and on my wedding day, and I am a pretty relaxed person. She has all these rules you can't break. I was also unhappy with some of the decor, like the flashing wreath in the ballroom that is better suited for Christmas. I would never recommend this to anyone and I wish I had my reception somewhere else.... more

Horrible experience!
I would give 0 stars if I could! Lisa, the owner, is an absolute b*$^%. All of the wedding party and lots of the guests agreed! I was a guest at a wedding a few weeks ago and I don't even know why they picked the place - it is falling apart. The only beautiful thing about it are the chandeliers. If having crystal chandeliers at your wedding is at the top of your list, go for it. Otherwise, find another place!!... more

Hello I will introduce myself, in late September I went to Holsum elm Dairy there I had a tour with the group of VI Cor industry of Mason City in America. I also want to say what a beautiful dairy farm you have there. We had a tour with the owner, what greatly appealed to me was the process of organic dried manure digester and the dry manure in the freestall barn and what the owner at the last moment showed was a record that was pressed from manure. I would like to receive a bit more information about this, would you want me to tell something about the process ,maybe this is interesting for our dairy farm in the Netherlands. Worst experience ever!
I've eaten here before and had an enjoyable dining experience, except tonight! Yes it was busy af first, but it took us over 30 minutes to just get our soup! When we got our food my mom clearly disliked her food, and when the waitress asked how it was my mom said it was gross. The waitress then asked "well can you still eat it?" and walked away. Then when I bit into an orange slice something got stuck between my teeth. The waitress came over to see what was wrong and saw me take this out of my mouth. I showed her and my mom it was a fingernail!! The waitress said ew and walked away. Didn't apoligze or offer to give me something or refund my meal. NOTHING! Just EWW. and walked away. We paid full price and walked out very upset. $15 a plate ... never again there.... more
