Unfortunately I couldn't give less than one star. I have rented a unit for about 1 year and the business was quick to meet with me, sign a contract and take my money. That's where the customer service ended. When you call A Space Place, you will receive a recording directing you to a line for existing or new customers. If you select the line for an existing customer you will be forwarded to another line and directed to leave a message. You can leave as many messages as you like, however, I left over a dozen messages that were never responded to, nuff said. If you select the line for new customers, you will have a 50/50 chance of talking to a live body, however, if you request assistance with your existing account, you will be referred to the existing customer line or he will promise to have someone call you back. Not! They don't send out renewal reminders, if you misplace your rental contract you will be in limbo until you can locate it. You were warned, good luck.... more

It's nice to know someone like Dan is out there. I stopped by once thinking I might need something on the belt line replaced - pwr steering or something... He came out of the garage, looked at my truck where I pulled up. Took off the belt, verified everything looked good and tighten up the belt. Applied some sort of special greese to the belt - problem solved. asked him how much, he said nothing, just give me some buisness in the future. I've been going there ever since. He is very up front with you and will not take advantage of you. Highly reccomend going here for your repair needs.... more
