Awful Customer Service
We called regarding planning a wedding reception here and were greeted with AWFUL customer service. We were looking for having a small reception (around 100 people) - on their website it stated that they have the Patio Room available to smaller wedding parties. Unfortunately the website does not take the time to state that this is only open on the "off" season months (from Nov-Apr -- we were looking for an Oct. wedding) and the man we talked to was very rude in telling us that they would not open the room up for a wedding party that small when they could give it to a bigger reception. We understood that, but the service we received and the manner in which the man told us this news was very unprofessional and rude. State it on your website and stop wasting peoples time calling you then maybe you wouldn't have to be so snarky about it.... more

Poor review for Martha Seegert; no communication
My review is unsatisfactory because of poor communication. I ordered a tombstone on May 1, 2010 through Adrian Shell at Riverview Cemetery. He led me to believe I would hear from you in late May; after a couple more calls to Adrian, I received an email with attached drawing on July 13, 2010. It was close to what I had originally wanted, but after going over it with a friend, I suggested a change in design and returned it by slow mail along with an email on July 18. So far, I haven't heard a word from Ms Seegert and don't even know she received the edited drawing.I left voice mail and email for her on Sep 14. No reply. I phoned Adrian again on Sep 14; he said he would try to reach her. So far, I haven't heard back from Adrian. I will most likely be cancelling my contract with Riverview unless Adrian can find me a person with whom I can communicate. I have considered simplifying the design because of this problem. great place
I have taken my car here to get fixed twice now. My boyfriend and friends have used this garage in the past. The guys are very friendly and very thorough with their inspections. They note every problem with your car and call you to let you know what they did or didn't find. They are the best auto place I have been to in years! I give this place 5 stars! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a complete friendly experience and a great fix on their car. I have been 100% happy with the work they have completed on my car!... more
