I personally recommend that brides deep condition monthly at a minimum... But it depends on the hair type of course.

Due to the excessive styling of the brides hair - I recommend the bride to deep condition a month before - two weeks before and again a few days before to ensure the least damage to the hair and the best natural gloss for the big day.
