They almost killed my poor kitten with a neuter! Poor customer service. Misrepresent items as pictured.
To make this brief, I have ordered from this company for a few years because I love "The Mountain" t-shirts. I recently placed an order with them for two t-shirts: a lavender print and a light brown print. When I received the package, one of the shirts was clearly the wrong color; navy blue. When I contacted customer service and told them that I want either the right color or another one; for them to send out a prepaid envelope to return the wrong item and for them to pay the postage on the new item. They said no; that the shirts only come in one color and I had to send it back, paying for the postage and if I ordered another one, I would have to pay for the postage again. When I sent out more emails, they never responded. I suggested that they list the color in the description of the t-shirt as sometimes colors can be distorted when printed. Poor business ethics, misrepresent items and poor customer service. Do not shop here. They lost me as a customer!... more

At Depandagifts, we have a history of bombarding other innocent website businesses with literally thousands of UNSOLICITED/SPAM emails. We think that it's an appropriate way to do business. Just call me: "Edward Schultz" at DePanda.com or Depanda.net. I'll be happy to tell you how many SPAM, UNSOLICITED emails I've sent alone to one Internet company over the past 14 months! Isn't that great? Doesn't that make you want to buy from me/us? Get a life! SHAME ON US!!!!!!!!!! Of course, I hide behind the name "Edward Schultz". ...on this company's web site. I engage in guerilla marketing tactics and don't care about my company's reputation. I wouldn't buy anything from myself....why should anyone else? Call Depanda Gifts and ask for "Edward Shultz". He's the (fake name?) person who has been inundating our website with spam emails for more than a year. Doesn't he have a life? How about a real job? I wouldn't buy anything from Depanda Gifts ever and neither should you! Go ahead, call them and ask them how they REALLY operate! Today is Sunday and we received 15 emails alone from this "Edward Shultz". Your business must be really bad. Couldn't happen to a nastier company.... more
