This drugstore is old and established, but for some reason the people in the store (not all, but most) are so unfriendly. I always feel uncomfortable going in there. I don't know why they can't cheer up a little bit! Customer service is often the only thing that distinguishes one store from another, and Daly Drug doesn't do a good job of it.... more

Don't Take Your Pets Here!
We took our 2 Goldens there for cuts & baths. I spoke with the groomer and told her I just wanted them trimmed up and most important, our larger Golden Retriever has several fatty tumors and to be very careful not to cut them. She said she understood. My boyfriend picked up "scalped & bleeding" pups. All he could think of was "get my puppies out of here"! He brought them into my place of work. Upon seeing them, I too was in instant shock, followed by crying when I saw the bleeding! Both the owner and the groomer admit this should have never happened but did absolutely nothing about it. Obviously they only care about collecting their fees and not about the well being or care our animals that are entrusted to them. The entire story is too long to post here but I am sure it would shock you! I will never return to them & I suggest anyone else who may be considering taking their pets to The Aquarium to reconsider! The damage is irreversible!... more

Roto Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

I contacted Roto Rooter to clean the roots out of my sewer pipe. In the process of doing this, they were very forceful with their machinery, causing their cable to snap off in my sewer line. The next day, Brad Beadle, the owner of this franchise, contacted me to make an appointment to retrieve his broken cable. At no time was an additional cost discussed. He came over and forcefully removed his cable from my pipe, causing damage. He then told me that the charge would be $225 for this extra service (of fixing their mistake!) When I disagreed with these charges, Mr. Beadle became confrontational and aggressive (in front of my two young children) and upped the charges to $615 (including changing the original service from $85 to $142, and charging for his broken cable). This franchise is dishonest and treated me disrespectfully when a problem occurred with their service.... more
