What can you do with Merchants Circle ad dollars?  How do you use them?

One can use them to purchase advertising packages from Merchant Circle in order to gain more exposure on the web.  Ad dollars have recently changed in value-more bang for your buck.

how have they changed? i cant seem to find any info on what the value is towards and adverising package other than they are worth a penney an ad dollar?
