I work just around the corner and am so glad Hillbilly Bento has opened. I ate there 3 days last week... Just couldn't get enough... The boiled shrimp is crazy good. So is the Pepsi chicken. I haven't had good pecan pie since I left Mississippi... Their pecan pie ...is the best I've had in years. I'd recommend the biscuits, cornbread, and black-eyed peas too.... Of course I ain't tried everything yet, but I will. The tall bald 'hillbilly-in-charge' (I think he's the owner) was friendly and helpful with samples. I wish they were open on weekends.... Nancy C.
