David was such a pleasure to work with! He arrived early to the property and was prepared for the inspection. He was able to complete the inspection on a Saturday morning, which was really helpful because it fit with the tight timeline of the homebuying process. It was obvious David is very knowledgeable about all things home related. As first time homebuyers, he went above and beyond in explaining everything he was doing during the inspection and answering any questions we had. He is a "no rush" guy and was really funny! We had the report in hand at the end of inspection, and he reviewed everything we us. He also provided a comprehensive home care manual, which we will certainly be referencing in the future! With David's input, we knew we had found the right home, and will be closing in just a few days! Thank you David!!

I worked with David for getting my upcoming home inspected. His scheduling was flexible with extended availability to help me out with the tight timelines. He was proactive and had already inspected a fair amount of the exterior of the house even before our designated meeting time. He was very thorough with the inspection and gave immense amount of details on everything, the repairs that he suggested were made by the sellers thus making the deal go smooth.
