I don't know of any annual founder's day celebration for Mobile, but I do know that Mobile Alabama celebrated it's Tricentennial founding in 2002. However, in addition to having a very active (year round) social event calendar, we do celebrate Mardi Gras every year just before Lent begins. As far as parking is concerned, and depending on what you are visiting, there are plenty of places to park. I'm willing to help you with events/locations/parking when you can give me specifics.

When any portion of your property is in a flood zone, an elevation certificate will be needed before any improvements will be allowed by the building permitting office in that area.
