Has Governor Ted Strickland Really Improved the Small Business Climate in Ohio?
"No he has NOT improved the climate for small businesses here in Lima Ohio. As far as I can tell, things have gotten worse. Now he is talking about raising our taxes. So many businesses in Lima have been forced to massive lay offs just to stay and business and other businesses such as the small business, have been forced to close. There is NO special considerations for any business owner in Ohio!"
"You can not prevent type 1 diabetes. Type 2 Diabetes runs in my Family so I have made it my business to learn all I can about prevention. The best way to prevent it is to watch what you eat and get regular exercise. Watch your sugar intake! Use unpasterized Honey or Agave Nector, or Smart Sweets Xylitol (made from Birch Bark), or use Stevia. Stay away from Diet Pop and other so called Light & Diet foods! Artificial sweeteners have been linked to diseases such as Diabetes (type 2), Fibromyalgia, MS, Lupus, plus many other diseases. You also need to watch your simple sugar intake (carbs). Eat three regular meals a day! That means Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner! Plenty of Fruits , Vegetables(watch your Veggies, some contain high concentrations of Carbs), Whole Grains and Lean Proteins. As far as exercise, Take the stairs instead of the elevator when you can, Walk to work instead of drive, Play tennis, Swim, go hiking and other things that get your heart rate up. Not only will you gain lowering your risk of developing type 2 diabetes and by keeping your weight under control but you will also feel more energized and enjoy life more fully!
