Can I refuse to renew my tenants lease just because?

"At least 30 day notice is required in most states as far as the reason for non renewal check with your local attorney generals office. The document your looking for is the landlord tenant act. Also ask an attorney specializing in real estate law."

Moving out of apartment and lease expires at end of month. Do I have to wait 60 days to move out?

"If your were advised about the notice clause at the lease signing or it is noted in your original lease document that both you and the landlord/Agent signed. The 9 days will be deducted from your deposit."
