Peachtree is a place that has no communication at all, and they take your money even though you were approved. They give the houses to who ever they want to give the houses too. I just wish I knew all of this before my husband and I had did the application. They tell yo...u that you are next and you change jobs in relocate where the house is that you were supposed to be getting and to find out that they picked someone else because there credit score was much higher than ours even though we got approved and they told us multiple times that we were next because we did our application almost a month ago. They never call to communicate back to us about the houses. I call and talk with someone but it was always I will call you back, but no one did call back instead of just saying that if someone else's credit is higher we go for that person even though you were approved and supposed to be next.
