No Customer Service!
I purchased a new open-box Lenovo laptop computer that was advertized as having a one year factory warranty. However, when I went to register the warranty I discovered that it only had just over a month remaining. My attempts at contacting 3B Tech so far have gone unans...wered. I was a satisfied customer with several previous purchases but this was my first problem with them. A company who ignores it's customers is not one I will do business with again.
