Overall GREAT Experience
I have been to a few shops in Troy,Albany and Watervliet this is a place I would recommend over any shop I've ever been to. Not only is her work absolutely beautiful she is very nice and I felt welcomed immediately. I rushed in at 830Pm (she usually closes at 8) and I... did call before hand but told me to come in and I was completely finished by 10pm. I did wait about 15 mins for her to start but it didn't seem like it. My design was simple to her as she finished in a half hr but it was indeed complex. I got 3D nails and I LOVE them soooo much. Anna is truly blessed and talented. She is real with you and no hidden chargers. I am big on customer service and she def has it.. thank you Anna my nails are lovely and cant wait to come back for more.. Rhea <3
