ACE Hardware

I went to the local Ace to purchase some paint for my living room. I could not believe the price of the Benjamin Moore paint. I picked a color and the associate could not get the color right after several attempts. The manager of the department could not fix it eithe...r. I don't understand why these people claim to be the place to shop. They don't know customer service and they sure don't know paint. I will not return to shop at this Ace store again. Read More

Went to the local Ace store for paint and hardware products. The service was terrible. They did not care whether they waited on me or not. The paint was wrong.

The hardware department had no knowledgeable people and I had to go to another hardware store.

Would not recommend this store to anyone.

The customer service is well below par. The associates know little or nothing about paint. Besides that, the associates are rude and don't seem to care. The machines are broken half the time and I have to go to another store. I wanted Benjamin Moore, but their pri...cing is out of line for the customers. Many of my homeowners have been unhappy with the color matching by these people. They can't seem to get it right half the time. When I ran out of product, I had to wait for another shipment before finishing my project. I have quit using Benjamin Moore product until they find someone who knows something about paint. I refuse to use the Ace Royal line of paint, it is nothing but trash. Read More
