Auto Spa Hand Car Wash and Detail Center

I have been a customer of Auto Spa for years ever since it opened. I visited the establishment to have my car cleaned for the $29 wash service. I sat in line for 45 minutes and when I was about to drive into the wash tunnel, an angry employee came running at me (he lat...er identified himself as the manager but refused to give his name) and yelling at me to get out of the line because my tag was registered with them as "do not serve." When I inquired as to the reason, he said that he had no reason logged into the system, but was sure that there was one. He then gave me the email address of the supposed owner, a John Thomas, and told me to contact him. He embarrassed me in front of other customers by constantly telling me to leave the premises and would not let me speak with another attendant to get more information as to the supposed reason. I have been going to the Auto Spa for a number of years. It started out wonderfully and has steadily declined since and I keep making the mistake of returning with the hope things will get better. Today my daughter offered to pay for a wash of my car and she tagged alon...g in her month old car to have hers washed. Her car was not that dirty, she keeps her car meticulously clean. However, her car had water spots and streaks on the exterior and the interior appeared to not even have been cleaned! My car was still dirty, literally, I ran my finger across one of the rims and I had to wash the dirt off of my hand. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had the problem with the rims. I have been going to AutoSpa for more than 4 years. Today, when I went , I got the Bargain Street car wash package and paid for it up front. Then, I left the car and sat inside while they wipe the exterior. Once done, they usually park outside for final touches and this... is where everything went wrong. The person didn't bother to read that its a exterior only wash and happened to wipe the interior. Mean while I had no idea this was happening since I was inside their lobby on the phone. Once I come outside, I was told that I had to pay extra since they wiped the interior. When I explained this to so called senior employee, even without bothering he asked my not to visit the spa any longer. They just lost a long time customer. Do not waist your money, I spent 130$ on interior detailing, that was horrible, I could have done a better job myself, also discoverd that my front door was scratched at the place.
Save your money it is no better than the 9$ gas station wash

I have been a customer of Auto Spa for quite some time now. My kids LOVE the color wax. They enjoy going through the tunnel and it has turned into a treat for the kids as well as the my car! My kids are always greated by a friendly front desk attendant and they eve...n have a little area for the kids to play fully stock with toys. I will say that the prices are a but expensive. When I first went, I thought that I was never going to come back to pay that price! But my car look PHENOMENAL!!!!! Worth every penny! Even if you do have a problem you can always tell a customer service advisor and they will be happy to help you! The General Manager, Brian, has been very helpful to me when I have had a problem. Every time I have gone into Auto Spa, I have been served with a smile. I have always been very pleased with the service. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel like a valued customer. My car is always spotless and smells wonderful when they are finished! The price is well worth it. Excellent job Auto Spa, keep up the great work!
