Commercial debt is defined as follows: Monies owed from a business entity to another business entity; the neighborhood store owes money to the bread company, the dog groomer owes money to the pet supply company, the daycare lady owes money to the CPA that did her taxes last year….Any money owed to a person who supplied labor, materials or services to a company and wasn’t paid is eligible for commercial debt collection services.
