Terrible business
I wish I could give a business a 0. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for balloons for a graduation party. The balance was paid two weeks prior to the party as I was told was required by Tracy (the owner). The balloons were nice-delivered on time to the ven...ue. My problems began when I noticed that I was charged a duplicate amount two additional times two weeks after the party. After calling Tracy (the owner) numerous times--I was told indeed that this was an error and I would be issued a refund. The refund was never issued. I have called numerous times over the last month--with no answer/response. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR REPEATEDLY DOUBLE CHARGING CLIENTS. STAY AWAY!
