Out of the Loop
It's a decent place to take animals if you can get by the lady who answers the phone. When you call over there, the first question out of that lady's mouth is "who are you?" And if you're not one of her favorites, you get told to call back later. On more than one occ...asion, she has done me this way. I want a definite yes or no and it shouldn't matter who I am or where I'm coming from.
