DANGER..STAY AWAY!!!!
THEY LIED TO ME!! THEY SEVICED MY SAFE ONE YEAR PRIOR ANDTHEN SAID THEY NEVER DID. WHEN I FAXED THEM THE OLD INVOICE THEY SAID THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK AND HUNG UP ON ME!! ALSO, I HAD TO PAY THEM CASH. WHEN THE DRIVER WENT OUT TO HIS SERVICE VAN FOR MY CHANGE HE... TOOK OFF!! I CALLED THEIR STORE AND THEY SAID IF I WANTED MY CHANGE I HAD TO COME TO THE STORE TO GET IT? CRAZY RUDE DISHONEST. DO NOT GO USE THEM! THEY ARE DISHONEST!!
bad customer service
Needed to pick up keys they cut at the end of the day. Called at 4:55 to say please hold on as I was on my way but might be a couple minutes late. Man on phone said they would not wait and then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked why they could not wait 2 minutes. ... Pulled in parking lot at 4 minutes after 5 and no one was there. They may be a good locksmith but anyone that cannot wait a few minutes when a customer calls does not deserve my business. I will go elsewhere in the future.
The Best
I won't go anywhere else for my locksmith needs! Ed is great and is always there when I need him. Bills Safe and Lock has always gone that extra mile to make sure everything is right and they never overcharge.
Bad service
I had bought some GM keys for my Caddy and took them to get cut...they refused to cut them without any real explaination...I over heard tec unfriendly voice that he refused to cut them...some lock smith...I am sure someone out there will take my money....They will never get my business again...
