Great help w Insurance Carrier
I had a great experience with CA Restoration. After my insurance adjuster initially tried to deny coverage for my water damage and make me responsible for payment, Jim in the office provided a great deal of information and help to have my claim re-evaluated. After some ...time my insurance carrier determined that the claim should have been covered and Jim was able to work out a settlement with my insurance carrier. I did know from the start that if my insurance carrier did not pay, that I would be responsible for some payment. I am glad that did not have to happen because of CA Restoration's help with my insurance carrier who did not want to cover my claim. I had been a customer of the insurance carrier for more than 10 years without any previous claims.
10 Years of Great SVC
I have personally been using this company for over 10 years now. They have been to my home, my clients, my friends, and my families home's. They provide a very fast response and have sometimes waited more than 90 days to be paid. Jim and the company have been a great he...lp with insurance claims and have always provided great work. I have not received any complaints about their work in all the years. They have much experience and are a family business. This is a great water damage company to use.
California Restoration Inc. "Scam"
I had a very similar experience as the person who tweeted on January 02,2013. I did not get a quote,Cal-Rest promised that my insurance was going to pay. The water leak was under the sink involving the P-Trap. Cal-Rest knew our insurance was not going to pay. They n...ever gave me a copy of the contract agreement that I signed. I got slapped with an invoice of 9K 10 days after the completion of their work. We have been without a kitchen for 3 wks. and we have to have our entire kitchen redesigned for additional costs. Patriot Plumbing Svs. has referred California Restoration on a few occasions and the are always prompt. Office staff is very helpful and they are nice too!!
