This is a HORRIBLE place to work. Toxic environment. Raises are a joke, the managers have free reign to do whatever they want, and most of them are power-hungry idiots on an ego trip, there are no policies in place. Women make less than men. The CIO is a horrible SO...B to work for and he and his daughter (who works for him) get rid of employees for personal reasons. They also love to bully and terrorize people on a regular basis. Totally unprofessional place to work. The HR department is merely a "token" - they don't do anything for employees who are being picked on and berated by their managers.
