Very knowledgable with excellent service!
When it comes to audio, video, and electronics...Dan (Chattin) is the man! We have an antenna system with a rotor for our TV reception in the Berkshires. Recent lighning activity damaged the equipment and I called Dan at Custom Audio Works who initially installed it. He... came out to our cottage asap and fixed/upgraded the system. That's only half the story...When I went to his "shop" the next day to pay the bill, I was treated to an audio demonstration of his recent discovery! Dan Chattin has been trying to solve the age old problem of "sound degradation". After lisening to the difference, I would say he has done this... and then some! He is currently working on a patent (his 4th) for this technology. This breakthrough could change the way we all "LISTEN" to music!
