Delta Queen Hotel of Chattanooga, TN
Our experience was not that good. We sweated through two nights of almost no a/c. The staff seemed unconcerned and promised action each of the three times we complained. Finally we insisted on switching rooms to two that guests told us were cooler. Also, I resented ...having to pay 15 dollars a day for valet car parking. Overall, we were not happy and will not consider the Delta Queen again. Thanks
