The Best!! \t\nWorking with the staff here makes my projects so easy. They are very helpful with shirt suggestions, and both of the logos we have used here have turned out great. All my friends I have sent over there have thanked me, since so many monogram places have c...losed. Alyssa always remembers me and has ideas for everything I need. Everyone I have worked with there has made sure my expectations were understood up front, and there have never been any pricing surprises, with ALL fees disclosed before any work was started.\t\n\t\nHard to understand the experiences some of the other reviewers recounted. First of all, Larry, the owner is awesome! He is very personable and knows what he's doing. He will take the time to really get to know you and what you want. I had customized shirts and towels made for a group/team I host and they came out phenominal. I would definitel...y recommend this location. I don't know about the other EmbroidMe's in the Dallas area, but I think the person that posted before had gone to one of those. Definitely recommend!
Always use a contract
I had my logos digitized by Embroider Me. After I paid $205 they did not want to release my file back. \t\nCustomers pay the full cost ot theuir embroidery before and work is completed. Make sure a contract is in place the can be used in Court.\t\nAll of my logos had... slip stitch in 2 or 3 places on each logo.\t\nThe logos were not lined up correctly.\t\nFonts dil not match on another embroidery repair.\t\nThere are many other establishments. Take a little time and a reputable business.
