Awesome and Friendly
I love this gym! The equipment is nice and new. Every cardio machine has a personal flat screen t.v. Just plug in your headphones and enjoy your favorite show. The staff is GREAT. They always acknowledge you as soon as you walk through the door. It is not crowded.... The average age of people there is about 30 or so. I don't feel intimidated. The gym is reasonably priced, too. There are a few drawbacks, but only a few! They offer no classes. It is not a 24 hour gym. They close at nine M- Th, 8 on Fridays, 4 on Saturdays, and are closed on Sunday. There is no day care available...to me a big bummer. BUT everything else makes up for it.
