We, staff members of Eye Matters do our best to provide a professional and friendly environment for all of our clients. In rare occasion, if a client misunderstands our policy we gladly explain the process for them. For example, prepaying for color/custom contact lense...s is done normally to cover distributors costs since they can not be returned. After 4 years of going there they would not order my daughter's contacts without pre-paying. They have no idea how to appreciate and treat good clients. We have never not paid a bill on time or owed them any money. Terrible customer service. Last year they lost the file and it caused a big mess. The place is a mess! The receptionist rude and lacks people skills.

Amazing service. They were focused on quality and made me feel comfortable" their prices were fair as well.

I have went to with Eye Matters for the past three years. The get me in really fast. They are fast and friendly and will continue to use them!

I've been to many amazing eye doctors over the years and I can honestly say this is a TERRIBLE doctors office. Not only did they screw up my prescription, but the girl at the front desk is the rudest receptionist I've ever met. DO NOT go here! There's a family eye clinic in Midlothian with way better, and friendlier, service.
