Bad service
I can't say that I would reccomend Front Row Seat. We recently rented movies from the Cortez, CO store, something we do on a regular basis. When we left the store and pulled out on the road we realized that we had been handed the wrong movie. We turned around and went... right back figuring that we could get the right one. It hadn't been any longer than 15 minutes at the most. When my husband took the movie in the clerk, Averie, refused to exchange it for the right one and told him that he needed to pay more attention to what he was doing. In this day and age when video stores are dying on the vine you would think that they would want to keep their customers happy. I think that I will go with Netflix from now on.
