G & G Grills Parts & Accessories

Just wanted to express my appreciation for great service I have received each time I have dealt w/G&G Grills. Parts always arrive as requested & on time, plus their friendliness when talking to them on phone is un-believable. very rarely do I deal with a company that is a 5 star on everything they do, but this one is for sure one of them!!

My parts came in today for my grill and eveything was just perfect. I had no problem at all with installing the parts myself and just got through using the grill tonight. If I would just take the time to clean it up it would lood just like it did 8 years ago! But it st...ill cooks the very best, I've never had a grill that was so easy to use. Thank you so much for the service that your company provided and the guy I talked with whenI ordered my parts, he was the best. I just talked with a lady at G & G about my grill and she was so nice to help me with the parts that I needed all I had to do was explain to her what the part looked like and she knew just what it was. I have had my grill for several years and had not had to replace par...ts until now and really had no ideal if I could even get the parts, but the lady was so nice to help me and even explained how to remove my old parts and put the new ones in. I had my Straublestone grill for about 8 or 9 years and have had very few problems, but the other day I could not get my grill to heat good. I called G & G Grill and talked to a man about my problem and he new exactly what my problem was. He walked me through a few step...s and told me things about my grill that I never new to even look for. I bought the parts he suggested and now my grill is working better than it did even when I first bought it. This is an exceptional company. I bought a grill from them several years ago. I have also purchased parts and accessories from them since that time. Each time shipping has been super fast and customer service exceptional. Recently my grill cover was damaged in a hai...l storm. The cover had been discontinued and one that fit accurately could not be found. Mrs. Gregory had me send my old cover to them and she had one made to the exact deminsions for a perfecty fit.
