Garner Electric

I have worked with many great companies, Garner Electric is NOT one of them. Not only did the charge us an outrageous amount for the work they delivered - the service was terrible for the price : 1. They had no work plan when they arrived on the site. Their people a...ctually called me at work and asked me to come home so I could tell them what to do. Basically, after explaining what I wanted to the Garner estimator I had to do it again! Worse still, they asked me such basic questions - it was immediately clear all I hired was people who were trained on stretching wire and didn't really understand much about electrical or lighting needs. If you are looking for a ""full service"" electric contractor avoid Garner. 2. If that wasn't bad enough, they actually forgot to wire one of the ceiling lights in the middle of the circuit. What did this mean? We had to tear up the ceiling to get to the wiring to have it fixed... what a mess!!!! 3. Garner owners was so unresponsive - I called and emailed, was promised call backs - nothing. I finally had to look up his home number and call him at home. I strongly recommed considering anyone but Garner electric. Read More
