GENERAL RESEARCH maintains a substantial and current computer file of experienced professionals using a variety of databases compiling highly technical individuals. Our systems are regularly maintained and updated by our expert staff. With careful and thorough screening, we ensure a minimum of submittals, transmitting only our best selections to achieve the ideal candidate.

CONTRACT LABOR: Using contract personnel to meet increased demands avoids the cost of short-term hires and can be a valuable savings to your company, reducing expenses in recruiting, training, turnover, payroll, insurance liability and benefits compensation. A billing rate (composed of overhead, payroll expenses and profit) is added to the employee’s hourly remuneration. The employee is paid only for the actual number of hours worked. Accountable on our payroll, all are insured as to professional, general, automobile liability and worker’s compensation. Benefits including tax-free Healthcare, Hospitalization, 401K Plan, Transit Checks and Direct Deposit are available to our employees, guaranteeing employee satisfaction.

PAYROLL SERVICES: For referrals, should your organization desire to provide GENERAL RESEARCH with suitable, familiar employees, the multiplier is discounted.

TEMP-TO-PERM: If you wish to transfer a contract employee to your permanent payroll, then fees are pro-rated for one year.

DIRECT PLACEMENTS: Fees are 20 % of the applicant’s gross yearly salary. There is a ninety-day guarantee on each individual.
