Golden Rule Enterprises Carmichael

I am the legal landlord of this property. The occupants are subtenants of Golden Rule Enterprises Inc. The tenant, Golden Rule Enterprises (Cliff Black and Maureen Black) have not paid rent to me in over a year and have done everything including false testimony in court to retain possession of this property. BE FAIR WARNED - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS!!THIS BUSINESS IS UNDER LITIGATION AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING LEGAL TO RECLAIM ALL MONIES DUE TO ME AND TO REGAIN POSSESSION OF THIS PROPERTY.
