Amazing, this barter thang!
Being in the auto paint and body shop business for two decades, I'm no stranger to barter - the occaisional direct trade - but recently I traded some bodywork and paint for advertising - advertising that actually worked, I might add. In the process, my advertising ag...ency, ADMAX, introduced me to the concept of barter "currency" (ie, "trade-dollars) and ITEX. Its the damnest thing - I got extra business I didn't otherwise have, and then I received advertising that I needed. The more I learn about barter, the more excited I get!
