When we built our home over 5 years ago we had an out of town Audio company prewire and install an audio system in our home, this included speakers, equipment and controllers. Although they did well there were some technological challenge's which have only recently bee...n overcome. Shopping locally we engaged Nick and Sarah to bring our system into the 2010's. Integrating my older equipment and installing new we now have the a/v system envisioned earlier. Not familiar with some of my equipment, they became knowledgable through manuals and have done a marvelous job. Their pricing for goods and services are outstanding and they give the time and energy to see the job to a successful conclusion. Wish I knew about Nick & Sarah before I bought my new A/V system a few years ago from a name Rochester store & had them do the custom install & programing. Their set up had a few issues in a short period of time but they had no solutions for me. Then I heard about Nic...k & Sarah. They solved the over heating & programing problems quickly & at a very reasonable price. They are my "go to" A/V people now! I recently had a client that wanted a home theater set-up for their living room. They had very specific request on how they wanted the A.V. cabinet and T.V. located. They wanted the cabinet on one end of the room and the T.V. wall mounted on the other. With that, they... wanted a remote that was easy to operate and could be pointed at the T.V. but would still control the AV components at the other end of the room. I called the experts and met with Image Audio owners Nick & Sarah Vecchhioli. After consulting with them about the selection of components and the remote control options and abilities. I decided to let them handle the entire install of the A.V. components and wiring. Glad I did, too! They installed all the data wiring, components, hardware and the universal remote control programming.
