A+ service and wonderful small business
We were looking for embroidery and were looking to support a local business. Wow. The personal service and attention to detail is amazing. We got Christmas stockings for our 4 daughters and due to an error on our part we didn't clearly write a letter and they took the s...tocking in the back and fixed it immediately. The originally gave us a 5 day window to complete the stocking and they called us after 2 days, they were ready! I would suggest this to anyone looking for embroidery work.
Great service
Someone suggested I contact Initial Touch for my monogramming. Their work is great. I have referrred other small businesses to them and they are pleased as well.
MONOGRAMING AT ITS FINEST
THIS BUSINESS IS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE DELT WITH IN MANY YEARS. THER ON TIME PROMISES FOR WORK BEING COMPLETED IS IMPECCABLE. THE MONOGRAMMING IS WONDERFUL AND CAN DO WONDERS ON JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU WANT MONOGRAMMED. GIVE THEM A TRY FOR, YOU LIKE THE RESULTS.
